DEVELOPMENT PERMIT EXTENSIONS
On July 6, 2010, Governor Rendell signed into law Act 46 of 2010 (SB 1042), which, among other things, extends Government Agency issued land-use approvals that have expired or are about to expire. Government Agencies include Commonwealth departments and agencies as well as municipal governments, authorities and commissions.
