Welcome

Many Advantages

Contrary to popular belief, there is no law in Pennsylvania that says builders or remodelers must carry insurance or back their work with a warranty. There is no law that says they must have good credit, use a written contract or follow a demanding Code of Ethics. Yet over 300 builders and remodelers in the Lehigh Valley voluntarily submit to these pro-consumer standards. They do so as members of the Lehigh Valley Builders Association (LVBA). Membership in the Builders Association is a sign of professionalism. The LVBA looks out for consumer interests by setting high standards for its membership. The LVBA Code of Ethics governs how their members conduct business.
